It all started at a Boy Scout camp-when Michael Made his first Belt!

Years later, after a back injury would prevent him from doing "normal" work, Michael again found himself at the craft lodge of a Scout camp. He remembered how much he had enjoyed making that belt, oh so many years ago. Thus the Blue Buffalo Leather Company was started.

Now, Michael is the lead designer and Artist, He hand crafts and Hand carves every piece, Ensuring the highest possible quality in all our product.

Michael has pieces throughout the world; including Japan,South Korea, Russia, Mexico, Australia and throughout the United States. One of his art pieces is on permanent display at a local art gallery.
